Production

It has 3 complete lines for the processing of citrus fruits as follows:

fruit washing and selection system;

cold extraction of essential oils with FMC system and Brown system;

terpene phase extraction by distillation;

squeezing nfc juices with FMC system and / or Polycitrus Spellalbedo;

refining (can follow different processes) with finisher, dekanter, centrifuge, de-bittering columns;

Extraction of polyphenols from de-bittering columns and distiller;

pasteurization and concentration (FMC, APV, Alfa-laval);

storage cell -20 ° C in tank;

blending inside refrigerated tanks;

where required, ultra-filtration (Koch Membrane System) for the production of clear products;

3 aseptic packaging systems (FBR Elpo) bag-in-box 2-3-5-20 kg and bag-in-drums 200/250 kg
